Currently we offer dog waste cleanup once per week (starting at $84/month) and twice per week plans(starting at $150/month)(paid monthly). There is NO initial cleanup fee with deodorizer spray included. We also offer One-Time cleanups at $50/30 minutes(billed after service completion.) Complimentary deodorizer sprays come with each One-Time Cleanup. Deodorizers are $10 per job.
Currently, we do not provide a haul off service. The procedure currently is to bag the waste into a scented trash bag and throw it away into the customer’s outside waste container or wherever the customer pleases.
You may cancel your service at anytime, no questrions asked. We do bill monthly(pre-paid), so try to cancel with atleast 24hours prior to your next bill, or you will be charged for that month, and you will still receive your full service for that month, and then the service will end.
We prefer our Squad members to enter from a external extrance, such as a gate. We can go through the customer’s home, but we prefer not to for liability and safety reasons, including bringing in contaminants. We would only use going through the house, as a last resort. And if we do, we will use fresh disposable shoe covers and gloves.

Generally we do not, as we are closed. But if for whatever reason, we are backed up on jobs, or made a special arrangements with customers, we will.
Currently, we cannot guarantee specific days to service your yard. Once we get established, we will do our best to keep a consistent schedule, as best as we can. But understand, as the business grows and as we cover a lot of the city, we have to schedule based on travel optimization to minimize expense and time, and in turn, not pass those costs to you, the customer.
Depends! Please let us know beforehand and they will need to be supervised. As long as they are not aggressive, or even worse, dangerous, as we have our safety to be considered. We do reserve the right to not service a yard if it seems unsafe. So if you are not sure, please put your dogs inside. We do love dog’s afterall and would love to get to know them!
During the deodorizer spray process, however, all pets should be inside during this process. The deodorizer is petsafe, but we want to be safe and and ask you pets to stay inside for an hour after spraying.
Hopefully, this does not happen. But any scenario deemed unsafe, including a dangerous/aggressive dog, poorly kept yard with tall grass/weeds, or if there is any hostility towards a Squad member. If we have no access to the yard, you may forfeit the cleanup for that week.
Perhaps. We are currently reviewing the product. We may include it in the future. Currently, we do not, as most yards we see are dirt and real grass, with not a lot of concrete/rock/artificial turf. These products do NOT sanitize organics such as dirt and grass, only deodorize. These products are very expensive and we wouldn’t want our customers wasting money when not needed, which is why we offer complimentary free deodorizer sprays for all customers
